Once we receive your order, you will recieve an email of a link to provide all your information then we will start on your proof.

 

We will then email a digital proof within 3 business days of ordering (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays)

 

You’ll work 1-1 with me, your designer via email to refine your design before printing

 

**If you select the premium package, you will choose either your ribbon or wax seal options after purchase

All of our items are made to order. The total time it takes to receive your purchase is a combination of proofing time, printing time and shipping time.

 

Printing Time

Once proofs are approved, please allow 10 business days (Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded) for digital printing before your order ships.

 

Shipping

We ship through USPS (1-5 business days) - If you need your order faster you may upgrade your shipping speed at checkout.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates.

 

 

Returns

Our products are custom printed exclusively for you at the time of your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges.
